Anne Phung Nguyen

Hi, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in gorgeous Orange County California with my incredible wife JP as well as my extremely happy Dad Henry. My Instagram account is @annephung and many people are following me. I write about my life in general, positive and negative. I emigrated in to America with my parents and brother in the year 1990. At one and a half years of age. I'm sure I would not be today sharing my experiences to you, if not for my parents love hard work and sacrifice. Being aware of the possibility for a brighter and better future, I strived to make them proud and had tunnel vision when it came to the success. I believed that my life would go one way or another: I'd graduate from college, get job in a corporation, be married, and then start with a family. Even though I thought this was what defines the ideal life, reality had other plan. The money and the status that I was working in did not make me happy. I felt as if I wasted my life for the opportunity to earn a salary. In 2013, I realized that my passion was exercise. In addition, I was a fan of sharing my experiences with others and was always willing to give back to others. It led me on a new path and into the world of personal trainers. The year 2014 was the year I began my small-scale business. My company is celebrating its seventh anniversary in 2021. Since I am an Asian woman in the industry, there are very few of women like us. It is my goal to become a catalyst in this industry by providing the best coaching and guidance to help those around me to make healthier and happier by designing healthy and sustainable living that caters to their individual goals and needs. Also, I want for others to encourage them to chase their dreams and goals to accomplish whatever they desire to achieve. My career began taking off at the time I experienced the greatest success of my life. My mother died just as my career took off. She won her 8-year struggle with scleroderma, and is now in Heaven and is with me in my mind and heart at all times. The universe has an ability of giving us precisely what we require, even when we're unable to comprehend the lesson in this moment. My mother's passing has changed me in a variety of ways. I believe my mom offered me a second opportunity to live my life after her passing. When she passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the time to embark on her next life and for me to get my second chance at living happily, content and fulfilling life. Now into my 30's I feel alive and aware I truly feel like I'm living my life today instead of merely living like the way I did in my former. As I write this story, I hope that my experiences will resonate with those of you. It is my wish to help to realize that you're not all on your own. You have the capability to do everything you desire. In the end, death is all you have to live I would like you to have fun in the rest of your days and live without regrets.
