April Lockhart is a born on July 4 April, 1995. As a seventh-grade student she began taking guitar lessons and piano lessons. This ignited her passion to write songs. When she was 12 years old, April composed her first single Different. At the age of 14 April, she spent a lot of time writing lyrics and perfecting her musicianship abilities. Soon after she began taking excursions to write with her father, who lived in NY in New York and LA. April also added additional themes to the track "Take My Hand" to help her friends who dealt with issues such as peer pressurization issues, or even teenager suicide. She works with popular brand Ilia together, in addition to being an expert in the field of lifestyle. She was born without a left hand, and it is what makes her different.
