April Lockhart

April Lockhart is a born on July 4 April, 1995. As a seventh-grade student she began taking guitar lessons and piano lessons. This ignited her passion to write songs. When she was 12 years old, April composed her first single Different. At the age of 14 April, she spent a lot of time writing lyrics and perfecting her musicianship abilities. Soon after she began taking excursions to write with her father, who lived in NY in New York and LA. April also added additional themes to the track "Take My Hand" to help her friends who dealt with issues such as peer pressurization issues, or even teenager suicide. Lockhart is an influencer in the beauty and lifestyle industry with an ever-growing number of followers. She works with popular brand Ilia together, in addition to being an expert in the field of lifestyle. She was born without a left hand, and it is what makes her different. However, this isn't the only thing about her. The profile of Lockhart on Instagram does not cover up her disability, but it does not just focus on it. What is the message? It's crucial to understand that everyone has numerous faces. Our identities are varied and we're more than our bodies. I don't want that to determine me. I do not want to be a disability influencer where it's the only thing I speak about since there are many different aspects to me Lockhart states in video form from her house in Nashville. My everyday life isn't dependent on it. I go about my regular, everyday life and find my own solutions to issues. It's also a part of me, and I believe it's something that needs to be addressed. Lockhart who is an inspiration for self-acceptance in general she is on a long road to reach it. She still admits having gone through a series of phases in her body, and felt insecure at times to wear outfits that showcased her arms. The woman now puts on whatever clothes she wants and posts pictures on Facebook in awe. It's all a process is the most important thing. I don't know that will ever be the end of self-love. This is, however, common for anyone who has insecurities. The people around you with who truly know your personal story and who can look through your eyes are the most important people to remind you of what you're worried about.
